We started our fishing trip on June 18. The weather for the week was mostly cloudy with us having to put on our rain gear only a couple times during the week and that was only short showers. The temperature was in the mid 60s Fahrenheit.

Walleye fishing was very good on Yoke, with us landing 31 inch trophy and the largemouth bass fishing was excellent on Crossroute.

The manager Lori bent over backwards for everyone at the camp. She is also an excellent cook and contributed to me gaining a couple of pounds during the trip.

The staff was one of the best we have had coming up to Slippery Winds for the last 13 years. Thank you Lori and staff for a great time!
